okbwt Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the okbwt platform. By creating an account or accessing any part of the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any feature of the okbwt platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with okbwt and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.
These terms apply to all forms of access, including through a web browser, a downloaded client, or any mobile application made available by okbwt. Your continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirement
The okbwt platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register, access, or use any service offered on the platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
okbwt reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If verification cannot be completed or reveals that a user is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately and any account balance may be withheld pending investigation. Users who register on behalf of another person or provide false age information are in breach of these terms and may face permanent account closure.
The platform is also not available to individuals who are prohibited from participating in online gaming under applicable national or local laws. It is the user's responsibility to determine whether their participation is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering.
3. Account Creation and Security
Each user may register only one account on okbwt. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and may result in all associated accounts being suspended. When creating an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. okbwt reserves the right to verify the information provided and to request supporting documentation at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person, and you must not allow any third party to access your account. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify okbwt immediately at [email protected]. okbwt cannot be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorized account access where the user failed to keep their credentials secure or did not report the breach promptly.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
Users of the okbwt platform are expected to use the service in good faith and in accordance with all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
- Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
- Attempting to exploit, reverse-engineer, or manipulate any part of the platform, including game systems or payment processes.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account without their explicit consent.
- Engaging in collusion or any form of cheating in gaming activities.
- Transmitting harmful code, viruses, or any material that could damage platform infrastructure.
Violation of any of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to appropriate legal authorities where applicable. okbwt reserves the right to take any action it deems necessary to protect the integrity of the platform and other users.
5. Payments, Transactions, and Account Balance
All account balances on okbwt are held and displayed in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are subject to the payment methods available within your account dashboard and the transaction policies in effect at the time of each transaction.
okbwt does not guarantee that specific payment methods will always be available. Processing times for deposits and withdrawals may vary depending on the method used. Users are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited to the platform are from legitimate sources.
Any winnings or balances held in your okbwt account are not transferable to other users and may not be exchanged for cash outside of the official withdrawal process. okbwt reserves the right to withhold or reverse transactions that are suspected to be fraudulent, in error, or in breach of these terms pending investigation.

6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
okbwt provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent service quality, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, okbwt shall not be liable for any loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including disruptions caused by technical failures, third-party service providers, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
All content on the okbwt platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, and software — is the intellectual property of okbwt or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission. Unauthorized use of okbwt's intellectual property may result in legal action.
The platform may contain links or references to third-party services. okbwt does not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for any third-party content, products, or services. Your use of any third-party service is governed solely by the terms and policies of that third party.
7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Changes to Terms
okbwt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions, involved in fraudulent activity, or otherwise operating against the best interests of the platform or other users. In cases of suspected fraud or legal obligation, account balances may be frozen pending investigation.
Users may request account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any pending transactions at the time of closure will be handled in accordance with standard procedures. Funds in a closed account that have been verified as legitimately won may be withdrawn subject to identity verification.
okbwt may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform following the posting of updated terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept updated terms, you should discontinue use of the platform and request account closure.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the Philippines. Any disputes arising from the use of the okbwt platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines.
